Communities

We work with communities in Mexico, communities that in one way or another have invited us in to care for them.

Mexico, as far as the Gospel is concerned, is divided into thirds.

  1. The northern third is filled with a majority of Mestizos (Mexicans of Spanish descent). Because of its close distance to the United States, it is the most evangelized part of the country.
  2. In the central states of Zacatecas, Jalisco, Aguascalientes, Guanajuato, Colima, Michoacán, Queretaro, parts of Nayarit, evangelicals represent only 1 to 2% of the population. These states are considered the 10/40 Window of Mexico. These states have seen intolerance for the gospel, sometimes to the point of death.
  3. The southern third of Mexico is full of indigenous groups who are steadily being evangelized. The Christian work there is progressing even though there is much persecution.

We will be working, God willing, with communities from each of these three regions. We are delighted to introduce you to them.
