The Situation

The communities we serve are active and productive for the Lord, but the workload falls mostly on the pastor. Our intent is to come alongside the pastor and help him to build a solid group of leaders who can assist in the tasks of the church, following biblical examples.

Our Experience

We bring over twenty years of experience and teaching in leadership in Mexico to the table.

We have formal training in the following areas:

Our Plan

Along with our experience in structuring of young ministries we will seek to assess the needs of the church with the local pastor and offer classes and guidance on structuring and leading to both pastors and laypeople.
